(1) WHO ARE DOING ELECTRONIC WEAPONS SYSTEMS? These technologies are now in the hands of a vast number of technical people employed by various governments, corporations, institutions, secret societies and individuals on a global basis. No major government, corporation or institution today which does substantial high-tech battlefield weapons research does not have some - if not many - programs developed for these technologies, including testing them on hapless targets usually located in some other countries or otherwise considered to be expendable. Some aspects of mind control / electronic attack technology are now so publicly well known often with news accounts of, for example, electronic implants, that only a few of us knew about decades ago. Note that apparently few of these devices are ever patented - most are still not even publicly advertised or published about - and some patented devices have been darkened and thus no longer public. Most are Black Project or trade secret devices, so TV programs, like the usually entertaining "MythBusters," which purport to test this technology (see our homepage later on frank discussion of MythBusters), are in one of those few high-tech areas way over their heads. We find the TV programs on mind control/electronic attack technologies mostly laughable at best - what we call, "fictionware" or "shalloware." (2) WHY ARE ELECTRONIC WEAPON SYSTEMS BEING USED? There are many reasons why a person/entity might maliciously use these technologies on or against another person/entity, including in the order we believe is based on what is most common (this excludes non-malicious exposures, such as high-voltage lines, non-malevolent commercial / industrial / military / airport operations, etc.): (A) Electronic Weapons Testing, (B) Medical Research, (C) Subliminal Advertising and Corporate Monitoring and Control of Buying Behaviors, (D) Military / Corporate / Terroristic Attack on Designated Targeted Individuals (often with collateral damage), (E) Personal Revenge, (F) Pranksterism, (G) Espionage, (H) Secret Society Agendas (known and unknown), (I) Lack of Accountability / Lack of Evidence (of all methods of attacking and harassing people, electronic attacks and mind control attacks are the most easily concealed, hardest to prove, and most difficult to prevent and stop without the use of highly-specialized equipment (see Lone Star Consulting, Inc. mindcontrol.htm)), and/or (J) Unknown/Unidentifiable Reasons. In the pranksterism realm, there is a major and fast-growing private usage of electronic attack devices to control the outcome of sporting, athletic and gaming/gambling events, especially in which the participants are human (e.g. football, basketball, etc.) or animal (e.g. horse races, etc.). (3) WHAT ARE THE MAJOR ELECTRONIC WEAPONS SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGIES? There are two main high-tech modalities used: (A) Electronic / Electromagnetic (including radio, pulsed microwaves and radar), and (B) Ultrasonic (including audio modulation and infrasonic modulation using ultrasonic carriers; while raw, unmodulated infrasonic signals are sometimes used for gross electronic attack and electronic harassment, they are not usually used for mind control applications). Equipment used to detect and jam / shield in one modality is ineffective against the other - they each require different countermeasures. Both result in similar types of purported manifestations: Environmental manifestations, physical manifestations, and generalized 'medical manifestations' (which also apply to many medical conditions not related to electronic attack and mind control attack, and to exposures to heavy metals, pesticides and biological toxins). These generalized 'medical manifestations' include, but are not limited to, headaches, irritability, angry outbursts, mental depression, suicide ideation or homicide ideation, intrusive thoughts, feelings of being mentally programmed to commit abnormal acts (the "manchurian candidate" syndrome), thoughts being repeated back to you, wild and unexplained mood changes, hysteria or unexplained/uncontrollable crying, panic attacks, sensations of subliminal mind reading or mind control, hearing voices, music, buzzing, motor-like sounds, pings and other sounds emanating from inside the head, appliances (or other smooth flat surfaces, especially metal surfaces), walls, hidden spaces, etc., visual hallucinations, paranoia, feeling lost, aloof, goaless or detached from one's body, feelings of being overwhelmed, vertigo and light headiness, mental confusion, loss of balance, lost memory or erratic memory, chronic fatigue or lethargy, increased chemical sensitivities, immune system disorders, heart palpitations, skin problems, sores that don't properly heal, unexplained bleeding (especially through the ears or eyes), unexplained sweating or sudden temperature changes when you don't believe you have an infection, "buzzing" (i.e. feeling that one's cells are twitching), crawling sensations or unexplained itching on the skin or underneath the skin, unexplained losses of feelings or sensations, etc. (Note: we are not medical professionals, if you experience any of these 'medical manifestations,' see your doctor immediately!). Don't confuse cruder methods of mind control, for example, those methods used to grossly stimulate or suppress the sensory centers of the brain, such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS - more accurately, "Transcranial Electromagnetic Stimulation" or TES), and ultrasonic stimulation of the sensory centers technology (e.g. recently patented by Sony, and similar), what I have coined as, "Transcranial Ultrasonic Stimulation" or "Transcranial Ultrasound Stimulation" (TUS) methods, each of which optimally requires that one or more electronic transducers be pressed against the head and driven by relatively high voltage / high power circuits - something that you would certainly detect and probably not permit in a conscious state (in cases where the stimulating transducer can be concealed within the body, electronic implant technology can also be used). The mostly secret and effective mind control technologies are far more advanced and remotely applied than these widely publicly known methods which have limited mind control uses. For example, many of the TUS methods use medical ultrasound with frequencies well into the MHz band, but because of the extreme attenuation (i.e. amount of absorption) of high-frequency ultrasound in air, MHz ultrasound signals are impractical for most remote ultrasonic mind control and ultrasonic attack methods which are mostly limited to the ultrasound bandwidth below 200 KHz. The purpose of the ultrasound is to be the silent, highly-directional carrier frequencies for the audio and/infrasonic data and control sounds that the electronic attacker uses against the victim, analogous to RF frequencies acting as carriers for speech and music. While ultrasounds between 30 KHz - 60 KHz have significantly less directionality and resolution than ultrasounds between 200 KHz and 250 KHz, the 200-250 KHz band has orders of magnitude greater attenuation in air than the 30-60 KHz band, therefore, it is believed that 90+% of all ultrasonic attacks occur in the lower band where much greater attacker/victim distances can be achieved using the same level of ultrasonic transmissions (e.g. 100 feet compared to inches). (4) HOW CAN I DETECT AND JAM / SHIELD MYSELF FROM ELECTRONIC WEAPON SYSTEMS? Technical Surveillance Counter Measures technology (TSCM) is the technology relevant to the detection, removal and jamming of electronic surveillance devices - "bug sweeping." TSCM technology experts typically have much exotic RF equipment, talk a good game, and put on a great show (often at $300+/hr). TSCM and mind control / electronic attack countermeasure technologies are two different technologies sharing perhaps a 25% technical overlap with each other. Critical areas where they differ: TSCM experts are never known to ever address ultrasonic or infrasonic attack devices / issues. Or brainwave scanning / brain signature scanning / remote mind reading / remote MRI mind control technologies, generally classified as remote sensing applications. Or electronic brain burn weapons. Or directed energy weapons or laser weapons. Or electronic gang stalking (more below). Or any other electronic weaponry or beam weaponry technologies whatsoever. Or have any medical or biomedical background to even have a clue as to what signals to look for (e.g. signal intensity, frequency, bandwidth, waveform, duty cycle, modulation, etc.), what these signals sound like when reduced to an audio output. Or have spent a single day of their lives - much less decades - designing, building and testing mind control and electronic attack devices and countermeasures to even know what is/is not a mind control / electronic attack signal / device. Incredibly, many TSCM experts still refuse to believe or admit that the electronic mind control / electronic attack menaces even exist (Professional jealousy? And just try getting help from the police, FBI, CIA and NSA!). Some will just humor and BS the Targeted Individual just as long as the cash flow continues. Again, TSCM experts detect whether or not your home or business is bugged in the traditional electronic surveillance sense. Period. Many are private investigators. Just as you wouldn't hire even the most competent podiatrist for brain surgery, it is not prudent to hire a TSCM technology expert to try to detect and countermeasure mind control and electronic attacks - unless he/she also meets all of the technical qualifications above at a minimum (demand proof). I hate to sound like a rant, but we are sick and tired of people contacting us with stories, such as, 'I just spent $xx,xxxx for a bug expert to sweep my home/office and got nothing / little for my money, and with my $yyy left over, can you sell me one of your ZZZZ Device [unfailingly one of our most delux versions] to pinpoint / jam / shield against these mind control / electronic attacks?' We will not take a back seat to TSCM "experts.
